We will review scope alignment, line item selection, estimate structure, and identify potential gaps or improvements. Ideal for residential estimates and pre-submission review. Please email your estimate at least 8 hours prior to your session. Educational and technical guidance only. Not acting as a public adjuster unless separately contracted.

Terms & Conditions Purposeful Professional Services By accessing this website or purchasing services from Purposeful Professional Services (“PPS”), you agree to the following terms. Services PPS provides educational and advisory services including insurance education, Xactimate support, estimate review, career services, SOP development, onboarding systems, and business advisory support. Services are informational in nature unless otherwise contracted in writing. No Legal or Financial Advice PPS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for obtaining licensed professional review where required. Payment Policy Payment is due in full at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final once service delivery begins. Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable. Appointments Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment. Estimate & Xactimate Disclaimer Unless separately contracted under applicable licensure, PPS does not act as a public adjuster, insurance carrier representative, or attorney. All estimate support is educational. Clients remain responsible for claim submission, negotiation, and final decisions. No outcomes are guaranteed. Career Services Disclaimer Resume, LinkedIn, and interview services are advisory only. PPS does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or compensation outcomes. Business Documents SOPs, handbooks, and onboarding materials are structural tools and not legal documents. Clients are responsible for legal review and compliance. Intellectual Property All materials created by PPS remain its intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license for internal use only. Materials may not be resold or redistributed. Limitation of Liability PPS is not liable for business decisions, employment outcomes, claim results, or implementation of recommendations. All decisions remain the client’s responsibility. PPS reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
